Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CheapSelfHelp and any purchase you make here. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: 24 August 2026.

Who you are contracting with

CheapSelfHelp — also written csh — is the store you are buying from, and "we" and "us" in these terms mean CheapSelfHelp. You can reach us at orders@cheapselfhelp.com, and we answer from there.

Your account

You need an account to buy and to access what you have bought. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Give us an email address you actually control — it is how we deliver receipts and password resets. One account is for one person.

Purchases and prices

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by PayPal; we never receive your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed once PayPal reports the payment as captured, at which point access is granted automatically and a receipt is emailed to you. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

What you are buying — your licence

You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course material for your own private, non-commercial use. You may download the files and keep your own copies.

You may not: resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the material; upload it anywhere public or private for others to obtain; share your account credentials or download links; or use the material to create a competing product. The material remains the property of its respective rights holders throughout.

Access and availability

Purchased courses stay in your library for as long as your account exists, and you can re-download them whenever you want. There is one limit, and it exists only to stop links being shared: a given file can be downloaded a handful of times per day per account. Normal use will never reach it; if you somehow do, wait a day or write to us. We aim to keep the store available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages happen. If a file you have paid for is missing or will not download, tell us and we will fix it.

Refunds

We will refund a purchase if both of these are true:

• you ask within 14 days of buying, and
• you have not downloaded any file from the course.

Email orders@cheapselfhelp.com with your order number. There is nothing for you to prove: our records show whether a download has been issued on your order, and we check them rather than asking you.

Once you have started downloading, the purchase is final. A digital download cannot be handed back, and by completing your purchase you request immediate access to the material and acknowledge that you therefore give up the right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to a distance sale. Until you download, that right is unaffected — which is exactly what the condition above is for.

A refund removes access. When we refund an order, every course it gave you is removed from your library, including all the courses inside a bundle. Any download link already issued stops working once it expires, which is a few minutes. Your account itself stays open.

None of this affects your statutory rights where they cannot be excluded by law. If the material is faulty, incomplete, or not what the product page described, tell us and we will fix it — and if we cannot, we will refund you regardless of the two conditions above, downloaded or not.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the store or other users' accounts. Do not use the contact form to send spam or abuse. We may suspend or close an account, without refund, where we find credential sharing, redistribution of purchased material, payment fraud, or a chargeback raised without first contacting us.

Content and results

The material sold here is educational and informational. It is opinion and instruction, not professional advice — it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is no substitute for a qualified professional. We make no promise of any particular outcome. What you get out of it depends on you.

Age

This store is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

Liability

The store and its material are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the store or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase; the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are settled in one email, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one. Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer protections you have under the law of the country you live in, and you keep every right to bring a complaint there.
